A&S Screen Printing/MaryBridget Enterprises RETURN POLICY, TERMS & CONDITIONS

A&S Screen Printing/MaryBridget Enterprises strives for customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Return / Exchange Procedure

·         Returns must be returned within 7 days of invoice date will be accepted

·         To process a return please contact support@asemb.com and have your confirmation number readily available

·         Merchandise must be returned in NEW and original condition

·         All labels, tags, or other items originally included with the product must be returned with the item.

·         Footwear must come in original box and both the product and box must be in original, new condition (no writing or tape)

·         Special Order and clearance items are FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges

·         We recommend you return your item via UPS, FEDEX Ground or any other service that provides a tracking number

·         Do not return the item COD. COD packages cannot be received at our warehouse

·         Shipping charges are not refundable except in instances where the return is a result of our error or a defective item

·         The buyer is responsible for all return freight costs

·         There are no returns or exchanges on customized items. Any embellishment is considered custom

 

Defective Merchandise

We stand by the quality of all our team products and apparel. All defective merchandise is returnable to A&S Screen Printing/MaryBridget Enterprises. Upon inspection, we will replace it as quickly as possible if it is determined to be defective. If not defective, it will be returned to customer.

·         There are no returns or exchanges on customized items, unless the items are defective

·         Please contact our Customer Care Department at support@asemb.com to process a return

·         Defective products shipped to A&S Screen Printing/MaryBridget Enterprises that do not meet the above conditions or are not authorized through Customer Service will be disposed of and not eligible for refund, exchange or credit. No Exceptions

 

 

 

 

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Credit Card Purchases

·         By entering your credit card information and accepting the terms and conditions of the sale. You are stating that you are an authorized user of the credit card and that the associated information entered (account holder name, account number, billing address, etc.) is accurate

·         You authorize A&S Screen Printing/MaryBridget Enterprises to charge the amount you have requested to your credit card

·         If a charge is reversed by the credit card issuer or network, you agree to pay A&S Screen Printing/MaryBridget Enterprises a service charge of $25 and agree to reimburse them for all costs that were incurred during the collection process

·         Your credit card issuer may also assess its customary charge for such transactions
